Overview

In this role you will support hospitality investment analyses within a real estate-focused firm. You will build and maintain financial models, including valuations and scenario analysis, to assess opportunities. You will research hotel markets and sector performance and assist with due diligence and investment presentations. You will work with internal teams and external advisers to monitor portfolios and push deals forward. Requisiti fondamentali

- Relevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory or hospitality consulting
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Experience with hotel assets or strong understanding of hospitality investment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly
