We are specifically looking for someone who is confident speaking with clients, able to build trust quickly, and motivated to convert leads into business.Candidates with sales experience are highly valued.Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and client requests
- Qualify clients and understand travel needs
- Support brokers in building offers and closing deals
- Follow up actively to increase conversion rates
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accuracy
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Ensure fast response times (high-performance environment)Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills




- Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Sales experience preferred
- Confident speaking with high-end international clients
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requestsCompensation
