Your responsibilities

As a team member in Site Management at TechnoAlpin Indoor, you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our international snow installation projects – from order placement through to final handover to the customer. The goal is to deliver luxury‑segment projects (wellness hospitality, retail, museums) to a high standard of quality, on schedule, and within the defined cost framework.

- Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of international projects
- Coordination of internal installation teams as well as external partners and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and contractual requirements




- Central point of contact for customers throughout the entire project
- Organizing and supporting assembly and commissioning phases domestically and abroad
- Regular project reporting as well as active risk and change management

Your profile

- Technical education or a technical background
- Experience in site management
- Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers and international teams
- Good English skills and willingness to travel internationally

Compensation

The starting salary envisaged for this position is based on the applicable minimum wage of the relevant CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria collective agreement and currently amounts to at least € 26,843.44 gross per year.
We compensate our employees above the collective agreement's minimum level, in line with market standards. The specific compensation increases based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria, in particular qualifications, relevant professional experience, technical competence, and the scope of responsibility assumed.
