As Technical Lead Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer, you’ll take a hands-on lead in shaping next-generation ICs from architecture through tape-out and silicon validation, while providing technical leadership to a growing design team and collaborating closely with Test, Software and Layout. What you’ll do Lead analogue and mixed-signal IC design from architecture through tape-out and silicon validation. Help transition prototype silicon into reliable, manufacturable production devices. Provide technical leadership and mentor a growing IC design team. Remain hands-on with circuit design, simulation, debug and technical problem solving. Work closely with Test, Software and Layout throughout the product lifecycle. Support silicon bring-up,



characterisation and post-silicon debug. Contribute to future product architecture and technical strategy. What you’ll bring Extensive experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design. A strong track record taking ICs from design and tape-out through silicon validation and into production. Deep expertise in ultra-low-power analogue circuit design and mixed-signal architectures. Experience with analogue building blocks and close interaction with physical layout. Strong silicon debug and characterisation experience. Technical leadership or mentoring experience. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. A degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
