We are expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join us on this exciting journey and contribute to the opening of new locations around the world.

A Project Manager at Crazy Pizza
As Project Manager at Crazy Pizza, you will play a key role in the strategic planning and coordination of all activities required to open our new restaurants worldwide on schedule. You will manage day-to-day project activities, implement project management policies and procedures, and work closely with department leaders to plan and deliver successful new restaurant openings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with department leaders to define, prioritise and develop projects for the opening of new Crazy Pizza restaurants worldwide.
- Lead project planning and execution by setting timelines, deadlines and priorities to ensure smooth, on-time restaurant openings.
- Manage the financial aspects of each project, including budget monitoring, risk assessment and resource allocation.
- Prepare financial reports and budget summaries for the Management and Executive teams, providing clear visibility on project performance and financial status.
- Coordinate the implementation of new opening projects, ensuring that all activities and deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring compliance with company standards, approved budgets and agreed timelines.
- Oversee construction works and sites for new openings, coordinating with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate supplier orders for the materials,



equipment and supplies required for the construction, set-up and operation of new restaurants.
- Ensure a constant on-site presence during key project phases, monitoring progress directly and taking prompt action in the event of issues, delays or deviations from the project plan.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation throughout all project phases, from initiation to completion, including scope, budget and the strategic rationale behind key decisions.

Who are you?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, Project Management or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years' experience in hospitality, restaurants or project management, preferably including new openings and site development.
- Fluent English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, leadership and prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally, to oversee projects and construction sites directly.
