We are seeking multiple new Administrative Assistants. All candidates must possess a basic understanding of English. Prior experience is not necessary. We are in search of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who excel at multitasking.

Responsibilities:

- Entering orders into company software system
- Entry of packing slips and invoices
- Manage inventory in company system
- Provide excellent customer service experience both online and offline.
- Serve as an “administrative hub,” performing secretarial duties such as answering phones, inquiries, and routing correspondence to the appropriate unit.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning,



and filing documents.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel Interpersonal and customer service skills Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to share work among a customer service team
- Attentiveness and patience

Pay: €1,800.00 - €2,200.00 per month
