ensuring data accuracy and consistency; /liliConsolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights /liliPrepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders /liliPerform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers; /liliAct as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions; /liliContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
/li /ulh3Who we're looking for: /h3ulliGraduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management /liliEngineering, or related fields; /liliStrong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint; /liliBasic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting; /liliAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy; /liliProactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics; /liliFluent in English (written and spoken).
