AtNordson Precision Agriculture(formerly known asArag), you will join ourR&D; Mechanical Engineering team, designing and developingadvanced mechanical and mechatronics systemsthat power the next generation of precision agriculture equipment.

This is apermanent positionbased inRubiera (Italy), reporting directly to theMechanical Engineering Manager.
Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Mechanical Engineer, you'll play a key role in:
Researching, designing, and developingadvanced mechanical and hydraulic fluid transfer systems for precision agriculture
Driving innovationby ensuring that every product meets — and exceeds — quality expectations and industry standards throughout development and production
Supporting continuous improvement,



cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams todeliver reliable solutionsthat meet customer needs
Skills and QualificationsMinimum5 years of experiencein a similar role
Master's degreein Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Excellent command ofCAD toolsandPLM(Product Lifecycle Management)
Strong experience inplastic injection-molded component design
Solid knowledge ofpneumatic and hydraulic systems
Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Solid understanding ofproject management principlesandFMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Experience withFEM simulationis a plus
Intermediate level ofEnglish
