You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
/ph3bKey Responsibilities: /b /h3ulliProvide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters.
/liliDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk.

/li /ulh3bRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /h3ulliJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.




/liliActive membership in at least one state bar with relevant experience in corporate law.

/liliStrong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and compliance regulations.
/liliAbility to analyze legal risks and provide actionable solutions to business stakeholders.
