As a Test Engineer, you will work in our accredited in-house laboratory and ensure that our products meet the highest customer requirements.
You will support mechanical and electrical testing as well as environmental simulations and lifetime tests – making a decisive contribution to the quality and reliability of our products. This includes the following tasks:
- Independent planning, execution, and documentation of laboratory tests
- Evaluation of customer inquiries, including feasibility analyses, validation plans, and cost estimates
- Responsibility for modern testing technology and its continuous development
- Active involvement in projects – from data analysis to results presentation
- Coordination with external laboratories and support during audits
- Combination of hands-on work in test setups and data analysis
Qualifications
- Completed technical education
- Initial experience in a laboratory environment; project or quality management experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English, Italian desirable
- Strong analytical thinking, precise and structured way of working
- Practical skills and craftsmanship
- Enjoyment of teamwork
Compensation
- Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
- Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
