Italdesign is looking for a passionate and dynamic person, with strong verbal and written communicational skills, who will be part of the Legal & Governance team. Reporting directly to the manager of the function, as a Legal Specialist you will provide legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will work closely with various business functions, including Purchasing, R&D;, Quality, Sales, HR and Compliance, as well as external legal advisors and authorities. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge projects related to mobility, technological innovation, and design.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts typical of engineering services companies, both in Italian and English;
- Support corporate governance activities, including drafting of board resolutions, powers of attorney, and maintaining corporate records;
- Support the internal units in the management of legal issues;
- Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations impacting Company business;
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and ensure risk mitigation in day-to-day operations;
- Work with IT and Compliance team on matters related to IT security and internal and Group policies.

Requirements

Key requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in a legal department of multinational industrial companies (preferably in the automotive sector) or in international law firms with strong focus on commercial and corporate law;
- Knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law (national and European Union regulations);
- Autonomous drafting of legal texts;
- Accuracy,



clarity and completeness in the preparation of documents;
- Communication, negotiation and conflict management abilities;
- Team player with a proactive and business-oriented mindset, and respect for others;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;
- Precision, good organization and good management of time;
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage priorities while meeting tight deadlines;
- Diplomacy and ability to interact at various levels of responsibility;
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, accountability and flexibility.

Preferential requirements

- Knowledge of regulations on innovative ICT technologies
- Familiarity with the regulatory framework applicable to the automotive industry

Additional Information

Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.

Contract: temporary agency contract with a duration based on the candidate's experience.

Compensation package

Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL)

Italian National Metalworkers’ Collective Labour Agreement.

Base Salary (RAL)

The gross annual base salary offered for this position will be no less than € 33.000,00.

Final Compensation





The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, competencies and qualifications, and on the applicable role level, in line with the company’s internal compensation framework. The final salary may therefore be higher than the minimum amount stated above.

Variable Compensation

Eligible employees will participate in the company’s variable compensation programmes, subject to role eligibility and the applicable company policies in force at the time of employment. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base compensation, employees may have access to some benefits, depending on role, including company canteen and lavoro da remoto.
