What will you do?
Serve as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues
Set up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly applied
Perform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are met
Conduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issues
Train and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product quality
Carry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.)
Develop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performance
Support the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes
What are we looking for?
Excellent knowledge of plastic Injection Molding technology, with specific experience in injection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required)
Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems
Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques




Good applied knowledge of WCM standards
Solid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes
Fluency in English
Available to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri, United States
What do we offer?
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 gross annual salary.
The job level and compensation will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
Candidates with higher salary expectations driven by a more senior profile or specialized expertise will also be considered
