What You Will Do
Integrated into the on-site operations team, you will be responsible for the physical assembly of structures and the handling of materials before, during, and after events:
Assembly and Setup: Manual assembly, installation, and subsequent dismantling of temporary structures at event venues.
Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and positioning technical equipment, crates/casing, and materials both in the warehouse and at race locations.
On-Site Inspection: Practical checks on the stability and safety of assembled structures, as well as checking incoming and outgoing materials.

Requirements
High school diploma.
Previous experience in job site logistics, material handling, event setup, or complex technical/mechanical environments is preferred.
High mobility required (Italy/Abroad), flexible working hours, and willingness to work weekends during travel assignments.
Language skills:



Fluency in Italian and operational knowledge of English (at least B1 level) to effectively handle on-site activities in international settings.
Strong team-working attitude, resilience in fast-paced work environments, and a problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have
Valid forklift license
What the Company Offers
Work Location: Province of Modena (MO), Italy + Global travel.
Contract Type: Temporary agency contract / Staff Leasing.
Compensation Package: Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €26,000 – €28,000 + Production Premio + Travel Allowance.
