/p h3About the Role: /h3 pAs a bSenior Retail Buyer – Health Beauty /b, you will be part of the Strategic Procurement Italy team, driving commercial performance across pharmacy?related assortments such as OTC, supplements, and cosmetics.
You will lead supplier negotiations, optimize commercial conditions, and build strong partnerships, contributing to the growth of the Italian market in close collaboration with international procurement teams.
/p h3Job Description /h3 ul liAbout your tasks: /li liDrive supplier contribution improvements, including end?of?year agreements and commercial contributions; /li liOptimize rebates on invoices and maximize payment terms; /li liNegotiate and manage promotional plans with suppliers to support commercial performance; /li liIndependently lead annual supplier negotiations as well as in?year renegotiations after the onboarding phase; /li liManage a broad supplier portfolio and substantial purchasing volumes; /li liOversee purchasing activities across multiple product categories.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3About You:



/h3 ul liSolid experience in buying, strategic purchasing, or category management, with direct responsibility for supplier negotiations and commercial terms.
/li liMandatory background in one or more of the following sectors: pharma retail, para?pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, food supplements, or beauty.
/li liProven experience in managing suppliers, negotiating commercial conditions, and supporting category growth in a fast?moving retail or wholesale environment.
/li liStrong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder communication skills.
/li liProactive mindset, strong commercial attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast?paced, international environment.
/li liFluent in English.
/li liUniversity degree is preferred.
