To expand its internal organization,AGER TECHNOLOGY SRL—a company of the SYS-DAT Groupbased in Cherasco (CN) and Modena, is seeking:
BUSINESS CONSULTANT
The selected candidate will be assigned to the consulting department.
Liability
Specialized supply chain and logistics consulting: providingsecond-level application consulting to solve problems and optimize the client's business processes through the use of ERP software.
Requirements Analysis: Gatherand analyze customer requests to understand their needs and define the most appropriate solutions.
Incident Management: Takecharge of and manage reports of software issues, coordinating activities until they are fully resolved.
Functional testing: Performthorough testing to validate the developed solutions and ensure that they meet the client's requirements.




Documentation Preparation: Writeclear and detailed technical documents that describe the analyses performed and the proposed solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent qualifications and/or knowledge of key business processes (accounting and administrative processes in particular)
Strong problem-solving skills
Online Customer Management Capabilities
Ability to work in a team
Type of Offer
Level: B1, National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metal and Machinery Industry
RAL: 35K–40K
Compensation is determined based on the candidate's actual skills and qualifications.
