Overview

You will support statutory compliance, tax, transfer pricing, and internal controls across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to align accounting with Group standards and drive process improvements. You’ll handle tax and statutory obligations and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence compliance in a multinational environment and contribute to a mission-driven technology leader. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust controls.

Responsabilità

- Prepare Trial Balance and supporting documents for financial statements and tax filings in line with local regulations
- Ensure timely filing of local statutory reports and declarations
- Manage direct and indirect tax obligations (VAT, withholding taxes, Intrastat, etc.) per local requirements
- Monitor statutory compliance with Group Finance and local consultants




- Balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end/year-end close
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to align with Group accounting standards
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and standardization efforts
- Support ad hoc financial and compliance projects

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or compliance, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of technical accounting and local tax legislation
- Experience with corporate income tax, VAT, and statutory reporting under IAS
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks (advantage)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools (Excel, etc.)
