Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated intern who will work within a global and cross-functional Information and Communication Technology environment, partnering with internal teams, business stakeholders, software and hardware suppliers, cloud providers, and system integrators. The role supports the transition toward an artificial intelligence-augmented operating model by combining strategic challenges, hands-on experimentation, and practical enablement.

The purpose of this recruitment is to strengthen internal capability to evaluate artificial intelligence opportunities, challenge supplier delivery models, prototype high-value solutions, and help teams adopt approved tools and platforms responsibly and effectively.

The objective of this position is to accelerate measurable Information and Communication Technology transformation by ensuring that internal initiatives and supplier proposals use modern artificial intelligence capabilities, approved Stellantis platforms, and efficiency-driven delivery approaches.

Main Responsibilities

1. Artificial intelligence use cases, coaching and stakeholder enablement

- Facilitate the identification, prioritization, design, and development of artificial intelligence-enabled use cases, hackathons, and transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to coaching Information and Communication Technology teams on practical adoption pathways, recommended starting points, responsible usage, and the skills needed to scale artificial intelligence adoption.




- Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify Information and Communication Technology processes by using approved tools, platforms, and capabilities already available in the enterprise landscape.
- Translate complex artificial intelligence and large language model concepts into clear, actionable guidance and learning content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support skills-building initiatives beyond the core team and encourage knowledge sharing across functions and regions.
- Help organize training sessions, demonstrations, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing events.

2. Hands-on artificial intelligence prototyping and workflow design

- Help design and prototype foundational, task-specific artificial intelligence agents using low-code or no-code platforms and lightweight orchestration approaches.
- Draft precise system instructions, execution constraints, acceptance criteria, and programmatic prompts for software development agents and automated coding tools.
- Contribute to the development of proof-of-concept projects aimed at exploring opportunities to improve internal processes and user experiences.
- Validate prototype value, usability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise governance before recommending broader adoption.
- Document reusable patterns, lessons learned, and requirements so successful concepts can be industrialized by delivery teams.

3. Communication and Knowledge sharing

- Support the team in reviewing supplier proposals by collecting information, comparing proposed approaches with internal AI guidelines, and preparing structured assessment materials.
- Create clear and engaging communication materials to promote the responsible adoption of approved AI tools within ICT.
- Support the preparation of newsletters, presentations, user guides, FAQs, success stories, and internal awareness campaigns.
- Collect feedback from ICT users and identify recurring adoption barriers, questions, and support needs.
- Monitor adoption initiatives and contribute to simple KPI reporting and progress dashboards.

and a challenge-driven mindset. You communicate complex topics clearly, listen actively, and build trust with global stakeholders. You are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders, supporting innovation initiatives, and learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and education

- You have completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- You have academic/project experience in software engineering, Information Technology consulting, business analysis, solution review, or vendor management.
- Previous practical experience deploying or using generative artificial intelligence tools in enterprise workflows, as well as experience in coaching & training, will be considered a strong plus.

Technical and business skills

- Exposure to prompt engineering concepts, generative artificial intelligence tools, and workflow automation, with a strong willingness to further develop these skills.
- Understanding Information and Communication Technology ecosystems, including cloud operations, software development lifecycles, modern software-as-a-service collaboration tools, and technology delivery models.
- Ability to evaluate, challenge, and discuss complex technical and commercial offers.
- Ability to support use-case analysis, prototype testing activities, and documentation of business and technical requirements.
- Understanding responsible artificial intelligence adoption, governance expectations, risk awareness, and the importance of using approved enterprise tools and platforms.
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level).
- Availability for a 6-month internship.
