Overview

In this role you own the P&L; and steer the end-to-end business for small and medium cities in Italy, shaping a multi-city growth plan. You lead a >10-person team and align local priorities with regional resources to hit ambitious objectives. You’ll build and nurture retailer partnerships for the Glovo platform, driving value for customers and partners. Your hands-on, data-driven approach will propel cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This is a strategic, impact-driven leadership opportunity at Glovo.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (5+ people)
- Data-driven decision making with strong business judgment
- Persuasive communicator with ability to articulate value to customers/partners
- Strong judgment, optimism, and accountability for mistakes
- Curiosity and ability to quickly understand new topics
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and ability to handle ambiguity
- Agile, proactive, respectful and inclusive leadership with proven track record
- Proficiency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
