Overview

In this role you will manage strategic key accounts in 3M’s Priority Vertical Market of IATD, aligning activities with business objectives and driving growth. You will lead account planning, identify opportunities, and oversee automation initiatives for adhesives and tapes across key customers. You’ll collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to support complex projects and ensure a robust, CRM-driven sales pipeline. This field-based, cross-functional role offers a chance to shape customer partnerships and deliver measurable impact in a dynamic, innovation-driven culture.

Responsabilità

- Manage and develop strategic key accounts aligned with business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and execute account development plans
- Lead automation processes of adhesives and tapes at key customers
- Support complex projects with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing,



operations)
- Lead annual Account Planning including forecasting and performance tracking
- Ensure effective pipeline management through CRM usage
- Analyze sales data to drive insights and actions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end-user sales
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B key account management
- Knowledge of industrial or technical markets
- Knowledge of industrial/chemical products, preferably adhesives and tapes
- Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiatives
- Excellent English
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays
