Responsabilità

- Support corporate M&A; transactions and due diligence processes
- Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Coordinate with international teams and clients




- Contribute to deal analysis and risk assessment
- Participate in training programs and professional development
- Support senior associates on complex negotiations

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1–2 years PQE in Corporate M&A; in a comparable law firm
- Licensed to practice law in Italy
- Italian Law Degree (minimum 105/110)
- High level of English (C1)
- Vocation and motivation for practicing law
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
