Overview

In this role you will lead the technical side of the sales cycle for Fortinet’s cybersecurity solutions, coordinate PoC activities, and act as the main technical contact for customers and partners. You will translate customer needs into differentiated Fortinet solutions, present technical concepts in meetings and deep dives, and keep abreast of products, competition, and threats. You will balance multiple projects while ensuring a strong customer experience and accurate Salesforce records. This position offers a meaningful impact by shaping winning security solutions for a global customer base.

Responsabilità

- Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs)
- Coordinate and manage PoC activities with internal teams, partners, and customers
- Serve as primary technical contact for customers and partners
- Translate customer requirements into differentiated Fortinet solutions
- Present Fortinet solutions in meetings,



whiteboard sessions, and technical deep-dives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fortinet products, solutions, and competitive landscape
- Manage multiple projects while delivering a positive customer experience
- Ensure accurate and timely Salesforce documentation of customer data

Requisiti fondamentali

- Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity technologies (encryption, authentication, network security, intrusion detection, anti-virus, and routing/switching/LAN/WAN)
- Experience in a pre-sales engineering role and managing the full technical sales lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated wins
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of industry certifications such as CISSP is a plus
