Overview

As part of Group Advanced Analytics and Automation Solutions, you will design and deliver AI solutions to automate processes and provide data-driven recommendations. You’ll work across +50 BUs to own AI applications, from data preprocessing to model deployment, and contribute to a central library of analytics services. You’ll explore cutting-edge methods in text, image, and data analytics to solve real insurance use cases such as pricing, fraud detection, and document processing. This role offers cross‑country collaboration, rapid experimentation, and impact through scalable AI products.

Responsabilità

- Support project setup and current-process analysis, build a business case, and design target end-to-end AI solutions
- Develop end-to-end AI projects including data prep, model code, training, and evaluation
- Present results and performance insights to business stakeholders
- Research and bring bleeding-edge ML/DL techniques into production and enrich the shared model library
- Collaborate with multiple business units across countries to implement AI applications and share best practices

Requisiti fondamentali





- Strong problem solving, creativity, and determination
- Excellent analytical and deductive skills
- Experience in Python and other languages (R, Java, C++, …) and DS libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Pytorch, LightGBM, Tensorflow)
- Experience in designing, developing and evaluating statistical models or ML models (clustering, classification, regression, forecasting)
- (Nice-to-have) Cloud development (AWS preferred), ML Ops, multi-GPU/multi-node training, model optimization (pruning, quantization, distillation) and DL frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch) or libraries (Hugging Face, Detectron2, MMLab)
- Ability to work in a team, autonomous, proactive, highly committed and results‑oriented
- Master’s degree in scientific disciplines (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Physics)
- Good knowledge of English (B2); basic IT architecture knowledge is a plus
