/ppThe role focuses on the design, integration and documentation of electrical and avionics installations for civil helicopters certified under bEASA CS-27 and CS-29 /b requirements.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign electrical installations and wiring routes using bCATIA V5 /b.
/liliPerform 3D modelling and routing of wiring, harnesses, bundles, supports and brackets.
/liliDefine electrical installation solutions considering structural, accessibility and maintainability requirements.
/liliManage mechanical, structural, electrical and avionics interfaces.
/liliDevelop and manage electrical schematics using bIGEXAO – SEE Electrical Expert /b.
/liliPrepare and maintain installation, harness, wiring and equipment drawings.
/liliManage bBills of Materials (BOMs) /b and related product data.
/liliSupport Electrical Load Analyses and Electrical Interface Requirements.
/liliSupport production, assembly, integration and ground-testing activities.
/liliPrepare and maintain technical and certification documentation.
/liliSupport bEWIS, Zonal Analysis, compliance demonstrations and certification activities /b.
/liliEnsure compliance with applicable EASA regulations and aerospace standards.

/pulliCabin Management In-Flight Entertainment Systems /liliCabin and mood lighting /liliAudio/video and intercommunication systems /liliSatellite Communication and Wireless systems /liliCabin LAN and passenger announcement systems /liliUSB and 28 VDC / 115 VAC cabin power /liliCameras, surveillance and medical/mission equipment /liliAvionics systems including radios, navigation, GPS, ADS-B, ELTs, transponders and mission avionics /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in bAerospace, Electrical or Electronic Engineering /b, or equivalent technical qualification.
/lilib3–5+ years of experience /b in aircraft/helicopter electrical installation design.
/liliProven experience in belectrical wiring and harness design /b.
/liliGood knowledge of bCATIA V5 /b.
/liliAbility to read and develop electrical schematics.
/liliKnowledge of aerospace technical and manufacturing documentation.
/liliKnowledge of bEASA CS-27 / CS-29 and Part 21J /b.
/liliFluent written and spoken btechnical English /b.
