Overview

In this role you lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary maintenance teams across sites to ensure safe, on-time delivery of OS&M; activities. You’ll drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve issues. You act as the primary contact for clients on maintenance and delivery, shaping site strategy and retrofits during warranty periods. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that sits at the intersection of operations, safety, and customer service.

- Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites
- Drive team performance with clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement
- Promote safety, quality, and collaboration culture
- Oversee all OS&M; activities including planning and execution
- Implement delivery and maintenance strategies within budget and timelines
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating resources
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication
- Act as primary client contact for maintenance and delivery activities
- Develop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools




- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency projects
- Prepare and present site performance, delivery, and maintenance reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and HSE standards
- Collaborate with Quality, Materials Management, and Engineering
- Support definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies
- Coordinate retrofits and modifications during warranty periods

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries
- Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian proficiency mandatory
