- Create, oversee and promote a safety-first culture
- Analyze and implement changes to sustain high quality and productivity
- Oversee projects to streamline processes and improve service quality
- Assess shift performance against business objectives and drive improvements
- Collaborate with management to standardise shift practices
- Own and drive process improvements and contingency tasks on site
- Mentor and role-model for new managers
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience managing teams
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in data-driven business operations
- Fluent Italian and English (C1 or higher)
