/p h3About the Role /h3 pResponsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for hydraulic components and related technical commodities, ensuring the supply of high-quality materials and services while achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, manifolds, fittings, castings, forgings, machined parts, and assemblies.
/li liLead supplier selection processes, RFQs, cost analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier qualification activities.
/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and drive supplier performance improvements.
/li liConduct supplier performance reviews focused on quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and sustainability.
/li liNegotiate pricing and commercial agreements to achieve cost reduction targets.




/li liIdentify savings opportunities through market analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering initiatives.
/li liMonitor commodity trends and proactively manage supply market risks.
/li liSupport new product development and product change initiatives in partnership with Engineering.
/li liCollaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to improve inventory management, supply continuity, and supplier quality performance.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li7-10+ years of procurement experience within manufacturing environments.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong experience sourcing hydraulic components and technical commodities.
/li liProven success in supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
/li liExperience working in international and matrix organizations.
/li liStrong understanding of hydraulic systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain principles.
/li liProficiency with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools.
/li liExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.
