Responsabilità

- Work on diverse assignments across manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations
- Participate in structured career development with coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning




- Attend a comprehensive supply-chain training curriculum with certifications in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and related processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent
- Most recent degree completed within the last 24 months
- GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Geographically mobile; program locations may vary
- Demonstrated experience and passion for supply chain operations
- Legally eligible to work without sponsorship or time restrictions in the country of application
