Shift Operative Leader - Parental Leave Substitution
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a passionateEngineering Graduatewho want to join us asShift Operative Leaderat our plant in Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), for a parental leave substitution.
This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in Operations, where you will develop strong technical and leadership capabilities while contributing to the performance of one of our production plants.
Main Responsibilities:
As aShift Operative Leader, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities within the Production area.
In particular, you will support theexecution of production activities, supporting the coordination of theline teamin operational activitiesand ensuring the availability and theoptimization of production factorson the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).
In this role, you will contribute to thepreparation and start-up of the linesin your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team.
You will manage the application of the criteria defined for allocating resources across production lines and the operational teams.
Ensuring thatsafety standards(both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing theContinuous Improvement initiatives.
About You:
You will bring yourMaster's Degree in Engineering, combined with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn about themanufacturing industry.
You will contribute to the team's success through yourunderstanding of production processes, as well as your interpersonal and leadership skills.




Your willingness toembrace international mobilitywill be a valuable asset, together with your genuine passion and curiosity for the food industry.
As an effective communicator, yourfluency in both Italian and Englishwill be essential to thrive in our international environment.
Throughout this fix term assignment, you will work on acentral day schedule, gaining hands-on experience and a solid understanding of our manufacturing environment.
Any potential future opportunities within Operations may involve shift-based responsibilities, reflecting the nature of frontline leadership roles in Production.

What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
