For our branch in , we are currently looking for a Motorsport OFR OPS/CS Specialist.
Location: Campogalliano
Key tasks:

- Execute OFR Export/Import plans and processes to provide forwarding for internal and external customers in accordance with customers requirements to grant operational excellence and top customer service level related to High Profile Motorsport Events and Customers;
- Coordination with Motorsport Team
- Gather guidelines from internal functions and receive,



execute and update orders via the system;
- Provide allocation and reservations of freight both inbound and outbound and from race to race (overseas on overseas)
- Ascertain international freight rates based on analysis of Championship requirements, freight classifications (Handling of DG/ADR Materials),delivery schedules and deadlines;
- Process, handle, distribute and archive all required export documents, verify invoices and shipping documents to enhance accordance with Incoterms and CDZ guidelines;
- Comply with operating standards and procedures to provide superior customer service, granting operational excellence;
- Coordinate with overseas offices/agents to fulfil Championship deadlines
- Achieve accurate and timely delivery of billing information to customers;
- Handle customers complaints and operations irregularities and report them within the related tools;
- Verify and input estimated costs, validate and approve accounts payables;
- Check bill discrepancies such as incorrect rates, charges, etc

Requirements:

- Previous experience in OFR Operations, knowledge of RFQ, quotations.
- Knowledge of Ocean Freight forwarding business
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Results-driven and attention to details
- Problem-solving mentality
- Good knowledge of English
