Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will help customers discover relevant products or services while creating a professional and engaging experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with prospective and existing customers
Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions
Presenting products or services clearly and confidently
Identifying sales opportunities and working toward commercial targets
Handling customer questions and objections professionally
Building positive relationships with customers
Following up on opportunities when required
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Working according to established sales, quality, and compliance procedures
Contributing to the overall performance and success of the sales team

Native Italian & B1+ English
Communicate confidently and naturally with different types of people
Have a customer-focused and commercially minded approach
Are persuasive without being pushy
Enjoy working toward measurable goals
Can listen carefully and understand what customers actually need
Are proactive, resilient, and comfortable handling objections




Learn quickly and adapt well to new products and processes
Have previous sales, business development, customer service, or similar experience — an advantage, but not necessarily a requirement
Compensation
International candidates: €1,050 gross/month
Your all-inclusive package includes:
