Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a People & Culture Experienced Professional - Learning Design to support delivery and development of learning experiences that help employees build professional and interpersonal skills.
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
You will facilitate virtual and classroom training, coordinate learning programs, create materials, and work with SMEs.
Travel up to 40% internationally; Bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong MS Office skills are required.
