Overview

As Production Manager in Marche, you will oversee end-to-end production to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets within a growing industrial ecosystem. You’ll drive daily performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support digitalization initiatives across sites. Your leadership will shape a capable, engaged workforce while advancing lean practices and continuous improvement. This role offers impact through new factories and a connected production network.

Responsabilità

- Manage and supervise the complete production process against the production schedule, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Translate demand into daily/weekly priorities, allocate people, equipment and materials accordingly.
- Monitor progress, adjust schedules, escalate risks with recovery actions, and maintain robust daily management routines and reporting.
- Lead safety-first production activities, ensure compliance with plant standards, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Oversee quality-control programs and address deviations with Quality to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver plant targets for safety, quality, service, productivity, efficiency, scrap and cost with other plant functions.
- Lead Continuous Improvement pillars (e.g., 5S, autonomous maintenance, standard work) and sustain improvements.




- Plan long-term strategies to achieve company objectives and participate in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Lead, coach and develop production teams, plan workforce and shifts, and build a strong capability pipeline.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Quality to ensure reliability and smooth material flow.
- Support industrialization and ramp-up of new products and technologies, ensuring readiness and stable performance.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable technical discipline
- 7–10 years of production management or equivalent leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading production teams in complex industrial environments
- Strong command of production-management tools (daily meetings, visual management, reporting, problem solving, 5S, autonomous maintenance)
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements in production
- Understanding of cost and performance accounting and main drivers of manufacturing efficiency
- Experience with World Class Manufacturing/lean methods; knowledge of production processes (metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, assembly, automation) is advantageous
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English
