Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers - serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. /p pWe are looking for a Product Development Project Manager to join our Project Management and Value Engineering team. /p pObjective of the position is to lead cross-functional product development and strategic product initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, realistic plans, timely decisions and delivery against product performance, cost, quality and time-to-market targets. /p pThe role will work closely with Product Management, RD, Operations, Procurement, Quality, After Sales and Value Engineering, supporting both the evolution of our current product portfolio and the development of new product families. /p h3Your responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liLead product development projects from concept definition through design, validation, industrialisation, launch and post-launch. /li liBuild and manage the project plan, coordinating activities, resources, milestones and interdependencies across the different functions. /li liWork with Product Management and RD to ensure that product requirements are sufficiently complete, measurable and technically feasible before development commitments are made. /li liMonitor project deliverables, investment, risks and key decisions, identifying gaps and conflicting priorities early and escalating when required. /li liManage scope and requirement changes, assessing their impact on timing, cost, quality and project objectives. /li liEnsure that product performance, target cost, TCO, quality, serviceability and sustainability objectives are considered throughout the project, working closely with the Cost and Value Engineering team.



/li liSupport continuous improvement of product development processes and tools, applying an effective and pragmatic and effective approach to project governance. /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you’ll need to have: /h3 ul liA degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical background. /li liApproximately 5-8 years of experience in project management within new product development or complex product engineering environments. /li liExperience in managing cross-functional projects involving RD, Operations, Procurement, Quality and other business functions. /li liA good understanding of complex electromechanical products and the interaction between mechanics, electronics, software and industrial processes /li liFamiliarity with structured product development processes, stage-gate governance, risk management and change control. /li liThe ability to understand and challenge product requirements, project assumptions, priorities and technical dependencies. /li liA good business cases, product cost, investment and target-cost principles. /li liStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. /li liA constructive and assertive approach, with the confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions while maintaining effective working relationships. /li liClear and transparent communication, combined with a pragmatic and result-oriented mindset. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ul liExperience in professional appliances, industrial equipment, automotive or other complex electromechanical products. /li liExposure to Value Engineering, target costing,
