/ppWe are looking for a Russian-speaking Lawyer to join our growing team and work closely with international clients, particularly clients from Russian-speaking jurisdictions with interests, businesses and assets in Italy and Europe.
/ph3The Role /h3pThe successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of matters, including: /pulliItalian legal and regulatory matters /liliCorporate and commercial matters, including company formation, governance and contracts /liliCross-border transactions and international business structures /liliPrivate client matters, including investments, assets and relocation to Italy /liliImmigration and residence-related matters for international clients /liliRegulatory and sanctions-related matters, where relevant /liliPreparing legal opinions, correspondence, applications and other legal documents /liliCommunicating directly with clients and coordinating with Italian and foreign professionals /liliLiaising with public authorities, institutions, financial intermediaries and other stakeholders when required /li /ulpThe role offers the opportunity to work on international and often complex matters, with significant client exposure and involvement in the development of the firm's international practice.
