/li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppWe are looking for an established senior leader with: /ppbr/pulliSignificant experience as a strongGeneral Manager, Managing Director or senior Business Unit leader /strong.
/liliProven full PL responsibility within a sizeable organisation.
/liliStrong experience within strongFMCG, food manufacturing or consumer goods /strong.
/liliA track record of delivering profitable growth and business improvement.
/liliStrong commercial understanding combined with exposure to manufacturing / operations.
/liliExperience leading senior, cross-functional teams.
/liliStrong strategic, financial and organisational leadership capability.
/liliExperience operating within Italy or comparable European markets.
/liliFluent Italian and English.
