About the Role
We are looking for aProject Engineerto support and coordinate customer projects from project initiation through implementation and completion.
The Project Engineer will act as a key link betweencustomers and our Italian manufacturing site, coordinating project requirements, timelines, technical activities and internal teams.
This role is particularly suitable for someone withat least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Technical or Manufacturing roleswho is interested in developing a career inproject management within the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer projects fromproject initiation to completion.
Act as a key contact betweencustomers and internal teams.
Coordinate project requirements, timelines, technical updates and customer feedback.
Work closely withProduction, Engineering, Quality, R&D; and other internal functions.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and follow up on actions.
Participate in customer meetings and support project management activities.
Prepare and maintainproject documentation, reports and project status updates.
Support new product introduction and industrialization projects.
Coordinate withChina-based technical and project teamswhen required.




Occasionally travel to visit customers or attend trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree inEngineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manufacturing, Materials Scienceor a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant professional experiencein one or more of the following areas:
Project Management
Engineering
Technical / Manufacturing
Production
R&D;
Medical Devices or related industries
Experience inproject coordination or cross-functional collaborationis preferred.
Previous experience in themedical device, biomedical, pharmaceutical or manufacturing industryis a strong plus.
Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
Strong interest in developing a career inproject management.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Language Requirements
Fluency intwo of the following three languagesis required:
Chinese + English
Chinese + Italian
Italian + English
It is not necessary to speak all three languages.
Professional English is required for candidates whose language combination includes English, as the role involves communication with international customers and teams.
