?At Lantania, we are looking to recruit an HSEQ Site Technician to join our projects in Italy, ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of health and safety, environmental and quality standards across our projects.

The role will have a cross-functional presence on site, working closely with production teams, the technical office, subcontractors, the client and the corporate Integrated Management System teams.

? Responsibilities

- Oversee compliance with all health and safety, environmental and quality requirements applicable to the project.
- Prepare, review and keep up to date plans, procedures and records related to the Integrated Management System.
- Coordinate H&S; documentation, contractor coordination activities, permits, authorisations and administrative requirements associated with site activities.
- Carry out inspections and internal audits, identify deviations and promote corrective actions.
- Manage non-conformities, incidents and accidents, including follow-up and closure.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and quality controls with the different stakeholders involved.
- Monitor the traceability and conformity of materials, equipment and supplies.




- Monitor HSEQ indicators and prepare periodic project reports.
- Oversee environmental and waste management, as well as compliance with the measures established for the project.
- Prepare and coordinate the HSEQ documentation required for project close-out and final handover.

Required profile

- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Training in Occupational Health and Safety / Risk Prevention.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSEQ-related roles.
- Advanced level of English (B2–C1) is essential. Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
- Valid driving licence.

Desirable qualifications

- Specific training in quality and environmental management.
- Knowledge of ISO 50001 and carbon footprint calculation and management.

The ability to coordinate effectively with different teams, communicate clearly, manage priorities and exercise sound judgement when dealing with incidents or deviations will be especially valued.
