We are looking for a motivated and analytical Application Analyst to join our growing IT and operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, troubleshoot system issues, manage application performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day software operations.

Responsabilità

- Monitor, maintain, and support internal business applications to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Analyze system logs, investigate software bugs or performance bottlenecks, and coordinate with developers or vendors for timely resolution.
- Perform precise data entry, system configurations, user access setups, and application updates.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical application requirements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, user guides, and system configuration logs.
- Assist in testing new application features, software patches, and system upgrades before deployment.

Esigenze





- Prior experience (or educational background) in IT, computer science, software support, or business application analysis.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting, enterprise applications, databases (SQL basics), or IT service management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration software (MS Office, Google Workspace, ticketing systems).
- Good communication skills in both
- Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Legally eligible to work in Italy.
