We work closely with international customers and our R&D and technical teams in China.About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior R&D Engineer to support product development, testing, validation and manufacturing process improvement.The ideal candidate has around 1 year or more of experience in medical devices, R&D, engineering or another technical role, particularly in areas related to plastics, polymer materials, injection molding or manufacturing.Candidates with 0–1 year of experience may also be considered if they have relevant internship, academic project or technical experience related to medical devices, plastics, materials, injection molding, tooling or manufacturing.For candidates with limited professional experience, Hantech Medical Italy can provide training and technical development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport R&D and new product development projects for single-use medical devices.Support product testing,
