Indie Campers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily execution across 2-3 depots and a fleet of 300–450 vehicles. You will oversee Operations Supervisors, ensuring vehicles are ready and delivered on time, and staff are trained and aligned with standards.
This hands-on, field-based leadership role requires weekly travel between depots; you will be the first escalation point for critical issues and drive KPI performance and cost control.
