You will unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs Manufacturing Specialist - Manuf Eng Specialist you will be part of the Assembly and Testing Custom Cell Manufacturing Engineering team, and you will be responsible to: /p ul liDesign and develop assembly and testing routings for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, turbo expander and new products for energy transitions ; /li liSupport operations to ensure technical alignment with the routing design and quality and HSE requirements; /li liBe involved in the non-conformity management process, giving support on technical side (ENG and quality control interface); /li liDevelop digital tools and processes to improve MFG ENG design and management; /li liLink information between different departments to ensure smooth and synchronized execution; /li liImplement improvements and corrective actions on Fixtures; /li liAnalyze operator’s feedbacks and new ideas, to identify improvement opportunities; /li liLead and coordinate Continuous Improvement cell path , with particular attention to the principal KPI. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a Bachelor's in a technical field from an accredited University (Mechanical Engineering) or a High School Diploma (Mechanical Diploma) with a strong experience in a manufacturing environment related to product and process engineering.
