Supercharge is seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to build and lead the sales function of its Energy Business Unit. This senior, hands-on role partners with the Energy Director to turn strategy into a scalable sales engine across interconnector clients and new growth areas.
You will lead a small energy sales team, own senior targets, shape pricing for productised solutions, and manage long, multi-year RFP cycles with senior buyers across Europe and globally.
