Working hand in hand with our Sales Team Leaders and Head of Marketing, you'll build the infrastructure that takes us from one city to every market we touch. /p h3What You'll Actually Be Doing /h3 ul liDesign and maintain automated workflows across our GTM stack (Clay, Attio, Enginy, Aircall), including lead routing and assignment based on priority criteria. /li liBuild and maintain enriched prospect lists at scale using Clay-based workflows. /li liDevelop scoring models to qualify leads against our ICP. /li liKeep Attio clean and reliable: deduplication, validation, and an up-to-date, documented CRM structure. /li liBuild self-service dashboards so BDRs and AEs can track funnel and performance without waiting on anyone. /li liTest new tools, sequences, and channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and explore AI use cases across the GTM process. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience in GTM ops, RevOps, or a technical/automation-heavy role. /li liHands‑on experience with automation and CRM tools (Clay, Attio, Zapier, Make, or similar). /li liComfortable with data: enrichment, scoring models, dashboards. /li liCurious about AI,
