Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-endbidding and tendering processfor major data centre projects, from opportunity qualification through to submission.
Develop competitivetechnical and commercial strategies, working closely with design, construction, procurement and commercial teams.
Lead client engagement, bid presentations, negotiations and clarification processes through to contract award.
Continuously improvebid processes, pricing strategies, win themes and market intelligenceto maximise bid quality and competitiveness.
Requirements




Proven senior-level experience inbidding/tendering within data centre infrastructure.
Experience with data center hyperscale constructors
Strong understanding of construction methodology, commercial pricing, procurement anddata centre delivery requirements.
Demonstrable experience leading complex, high-value bids and managingmultidisciplinary bid teams.
