In this position, you will lead the introduction of new and transferred products, ensuring operational readiness across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and service functions.
/ppYou will act as the focal point for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, driving cross-functional alignment, managing risks, and ensuring products are launched with the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
/ph3How You'll Make an Impact /h3ulliLead end-to-end product introduction and implementation projects from initiation through industrialization and market launch.
/liliDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria together with key stakeholders.
/liliDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
/liliCoordinate engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, and service teams to ensure execution readiness.

/li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
/liliMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, product implementation, industrialization, or new product introduction environments.
/liliExperience within the power industry and high-voltage products.
Familiarity with Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) products and applications is considered an advantage.
/liliStrong understanding of industrial product lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and product introduction methodologies.
/liliExperience working in international and cross-functional organizations.
/liliSolid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
/liliStrong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
/liliFluency in English, both written and spoken.
