/p h3This will make you grow: /h3 ul liLead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body Closures.
/li liDefine project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives.
/li liMonitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets.
/li liAct as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
/li liManage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues.
/li liLead technical reviews and decision-making processes throughout development phases.
/li liEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
/li /ul h3And this is how you'll take us forward: /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
/li liExperience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body Closures.
/li liStrong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes,



and assembly technologies.
/li liFamiliarity with CAD tools (CATIA) and PLM systems.
/li liExperience in project management methodologies and tools.
/li liExcellent communication and leadership skills.
/li liStrong organizational and problem?solving abilities.
/li liAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities /li liExperience in luxury brands and/or supercars development is very welcome.
/li liAvailability for short business travels abroad.
