/ph3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3ulliDevelop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt, milestones, WBS) for assigned collections/projects /liliTrack and monitor project progress vs plan (timing, deliverables, dependencies) /liliManage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams /liliEnsure execution of all development and industrialization phases (sampling, prototyping, costing, production readiness) /liliMonitor and update RAG status and project KPIs /liliIdentify, track, and manage risks and issues, ensuring proper mitigation actions /liliSupport definition and tracking of collection calendars /liliPrepare and deliver regular status reports /liliEnsure timely completion of all milestones up to final product shipment /liliManage project documentation and updates in PMO tools /liliSupport change management (scope, timing, priorities)



/li /ulh3STRATEGY and KEY TASKS /h3ulliEnsure feasibility of assigned projects within collection timelines /liliProactively identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks /liliDrive accountability across functions to meet deadlines /liliContribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes /liliSupport optimization of workflow between development and production /liliEnsure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraints /liliProvide structured input to Program Manager for portfolio-level decisions /liliContribute to risk anticipation at collection level /liliPromote a results-driven and execution-focused mindset /li /ulh3Profilo /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management /liliPrevious experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatory /liliSolid knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management) /liliHands-on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking tools /liliGood understanding of fashion development and production processes /liliAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines /liliStrong skills in data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring /liliFamiliarity with critical path analysis and dependency management /liliExperience with PLM and ERP systems (preferred) /liliStructured approach to problem solving and issue resolution /liliStrong coordination and communication skills across functions /liliHigh attention to detail and execution discipline /liliAbility to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments /liliProficiency in Excel / data handling tools /liliFluency in English.
