You will execute and optimize CRM campaigns across Venchi's owned channels, driving retention, engagement and revenue growth in collaboration with local markets and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in CRM/Email Marketing with a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and CRM reporting.
