/liliDrive robust Root Cause Analysis utilizing 5 Why, Fishbone, Is/Is Not, Fault Tree Analysis, Kepner-Tregoe, and other structured methodologies.
/liliCoordinate containment, correction, corrective action, and preventive action activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Service.
/liliValidate root causes through testing, inspection, statistical analysis, and engineering evidence.
/liliVerify effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure sustainable implementation.
/liliInterface with factories to drive manufacturing improvements and deployment of lessons learned.




/liliProvide quality and reliability inputs into DVT, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and product development activities.
/liliDefine and lead Product Quality Plans including EOL testing and validation requirements.
/liliMonitor prototype builds, participate in approval processes, and report results.
/liliPartner with Supplier Quality Engineering and Procurement to improve supplier performance and reliability.
/liliSupport development of quality processes, inspection plans, and Critical-to-Quality controls.
/liliCollect, analyze, and report quality, reliability, warranty, and performance metrics.
/liliLead reliability and field quality reviews and deploy lessons learned across the organization.
/liliSupport End-to-End quality improvement projects.
