For an international company operating in the industrial sector, Jefferson Wells is looking for aScopra se questa occasione è adatta a lei leggendo tutte le informazioni riportate di seguito.Corporate Strategy & Business Development ManagerThe selected candidate will report to the Head of the function and lead a team of professionals, contributing to the development and execution of the Group's growth strategy through strategic initiatives and corporate transactions at both national and international level.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage M&A; transactions and other strategic initiatives, including Joint Ventures, industrial partnerships and special projects.Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence activities and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities and strategic trends; Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.Develop business plans, financial models and valuation analyses to support investment and strategic decision-making.Support the negotiation of transaction agreements and coordinate activities related to regulatory and governmental approval processes.Drive and monitor post-merger integration activities,



ensuring the realization of synergies and value creation objectives.Prepare strategic analyses, reports and executive presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.Requirements:Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A;, Investment Banking or Management Consulting.Strong expertise in financial modelling, business planning and company valuation.Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent command of the English language.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in international and highly regulated environments.Location & CompensationLocation: Trieste, ItalySmart Working: Hybrid working model available.
xysqume Compensation Package: Executive-level employment contract (Quadro), with a salary range between €80,000 and €100,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
